A Dream Built
from Childhood Up.
During the 1970s, as younger boys, we knew our destiny. While other kids played, we were envisioning structures and making them come to life — originally with Linkin’ Logs, Lego’s, and Erector Sets, and playing with Tonka Trucks to excavate the backyard.
That passion never left. It grew into a career, a company, and a legacy. After 30 years of building custom homes, pools, commercial buildings, and hundreds of outdoor spaces, we continue to live out that same dream — now for our clients, most of whom we’re proud to call friends.

In Arizona, licensing requirements vary widely. The KB-1 is the highest general contractor classification issued by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors. It covers unlimited residential and commercial construction — and it takes experience, examination, and ongoing compliance to maintain.
